Summary Description:

Vali, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk/Training Specialist/Manager. This position will provide support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating/Maintaining help desk operational and training materials, document issues received via phone, email, and in person in a ticket tracking system, escalate issues to DAI PMO (DLA) help desk as needed, assist with reporting metrics and recommend focus areas for training, assist with user account management, assist with workload management and ensure proper personnel coverage during core help desk hours with proper skill set, participate in testing events and implementation of new capabilities, support updates to the DTRA1 DAI intranet site, and provide DAI reporting support.
  • Provide training to the DTRA DAI users to ensure that that are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI for their job functions. 

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related financial discipline.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience related to DAI or Oracle experience
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work in fast pace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Business or related discipline.
  • CDFM, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or CPA desired.
